Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Enve Entertainment, we value your business and strive to provide the best possible service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for deposits, cancellations, and refunds related to bookings made through www.enveentertainment.com or directly with our office.

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of [percentage, e.g., 30%] of the total booking fee is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than [X days] prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations by Client

  • 30 days or more before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refunds will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule an event with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the original event date.

  • Deposits and payments may be applied to the new date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling within less than 14 days is considered a cancellation, and normal cancellation terms apply.

4. Cancellations by Enve Entertainment

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit.

  • We will also make reasonable efforts to help you secure a replacement DJ or entertainment provider.

5. Event Interruptions

  • Enve Entertainment is not responsible for interruptions caused by factors outside of our control, such as:

    • Power outages

    • Venue restrictions or equipment failures

    • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
